To facilitate private sector participation in the energy industry with an enabling platform, infrastructure, and a suitable environment for the emplacement of an environmentally friendly energy hub, consisting of Conversion Centers, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) processing plants, Electric Vehicle production, and charging hubs. This will be done through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement.
